What is a Review?

A Review is a collection of image, video and PDF files (single or muli-page) that you want to obtain feedback on. There are no limits on the number of files that you may include in a Review, no limits on the number of Reviews that you may create per month and no limits on the number of people you can share a Review with.

What is a User?

A User is someone who may login to your account to create and manage Reviews. You do not have to be a User to access and participate in a Review and you may share a Review with as many people you wish through email or IM (password protection is optional). Typically, you would create user accounts for staff members within your organization though you may also choose to create user accounts for external consultants or clients who require authentication and Review management tools. You may define a “role” for each user that establishes the level of permission that user has for creating or viewing specific Reviews.

Are there any long term commitments?

No, ReviewStudio is a month to month service that you may cancel at any time.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or close your account at any time from your account setting page. Upgrades will take effect immediately and you will be charged a pro-rated fee for the current billing period. Downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MaterCard or American Express. Purchase orders and bank payments are accepted for annual subscriptions or enterprise sales.

May I pay for my plan on an annual basis?

Yes, a 10% discount is available for plans purchased on an annual basis. Please contact us to make arrangements.
