Pricing FAQ

What is a Review?
A Review consists of one or more media files that you want to have reviewed and approved together. There is no limit to the number of files that may be in each Review (which may include incremental versions) and there is no limit to the number of Reviews that you can create per month.

What is the difference between a User and a Guest?
A User is someone who may login to your company’s ReviewStudio site to create and manage Reviews. You may share Reviews to obtain feedback and approvals with as many Guests as you wish by simply providing the Review link (a password is optional). Typically, you would create user accounts for staff members and consultants while sharing Reviews with clients as guests. Some organizations do prefer to create user accounts for their active clients as well as doing so provides greater authentication and offers them some features not available to guests (ie. a dashboard of their active review links and email notifications).

Can I change my subscription plan? Are there any long term commitments?

Upgrades will take effect immediately and you will be charged a pro-rated fee for the current billing period. Downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my monthly video uploading limit?
If you exceed your limit you can pay-as-you-go for extra capacity at a rate of $10/GB. You will always be asked for a confirmation before any additional charges are made to your account and they will appear on your subsequent monthly bill.
